STEVE SHINN, CR, CKBR, UDCP, GCP ~ OWNER
Steve has lived here since 1959, practically a native of Arizona. He learned his core remodeling skills from his father maintaining and improving their family’s rental homes, and later with rental homes of his own. Then, with a base of satisfied clients, he turned that into a professional handyman business. Steve formed Homework Remodels in 2005.
Steve is currently the Chairman of the Board and has been the President of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) for the Greater Phoenix Chapter. Furthermore, Steve is one of the few remodelers with four NARI professional certifications. Five years ago Steve assumed leadership of Tri-Lite Builders, a remodeling business that has served the valley for 35 years. Steve is hard-working and completely dedicated to serving each and every client in the utmost professional manner.
