1920's Victorian
In need of a complete remodel, this 1920's house had seen better days. The completed project included the full restoration of the original house and an updated kitchen, a master bedroom suite addition and a large covered patio to match the original carport.

1925 Territorial

The project started with upgrading electrical and reworking the plaster walls and rebuilding coves in the ceiling. Ultimately we removed an old addition and garage and built a functional addition with a master suite, master bathroom, dining room and laundry room.

1952 Mid Century Modern

This Ralph Haver home in Marlin Grove was in dire need of an update. The home's owners, an Architect and a teacher wanted the home's interior to more fully reflect their taste and lifestyle.

We totally remodeled the kitchen and guest bathroom including ultra modern features.

1944 Ranch

Our Owner loved many of the qualities of their older ranch home, but was definitely ready to rid themselves of the narrow galley kitchen. The transformation made living and entertaining more enjoyable while maintaining their homes charm.

We designed a new floorplan that required opening the kitchen up to the adjoining rooms and remodeling both the guest and master bathrooms.

1960 Ranch

This 1960's ranch home was just too cubed up by small rooms to work for today's lifestyle of sunlight and open floorplans.

After removing numerous load-bearing walls we were able to create the great room concept and a modern style kitchen. the new floorplan has become a great home for entertaining and showing off the owners modern tastes.
