The project in the FQ Story Historic neighborhood started with upgrading electrical and reworking the plaster walls and rebuilding coves in the ceiling. Ultimately we removed an old addition and garage and built a functional addition with a master suite, master bathroom, dining room and laundry room.

Winning 1928 Spanish Revival Remodel This Remodel was awarded the CotY Contractor of the Year Award for 2011. We have worked with the owners of this home in the historic Willo neighborhood on numerous projects in recent years. Just inside of their front door is an area that was barely functioning as an interior space before we recreated it to become their new portico, a beautiful space for relaxing or entertaining. 1952 Mid Century Modern Featured on HGTV This Ralph Haver home in Marlin Grove was in dire need of an update. The home's owners, an Architect and a teacher wanted the home's interior to more fully reflect their taste and lifestyle. We totally remodeled the kitchen and guest bathroom including ultra modern features.
Our Owner loved many of the qualities of their older ranch home, but was definitely ready to rid themselves of the narrow galley kitchen. The transformation made living and entertaining more enjoyable while maintaining their homes charm. We designed a new floorplan for this home in the historic Willo neighborhood that required opening the kitchen up to the adjoining rooms and remodeling both the guest and master bathrooms.
This 1960's ranch home was just too cubed up by small rooms to work for today's lifestyle of sunlight and open floor plans. After removing numerous load-bearing walls we were able to create the great room concept and a modern style kitchen. the new floorplan has become a great home for entertaining and showing off the owners modern tastes.
