here! Since being featured on the podcast, doors have opened for Sheila to speak at the annual Women In Residential Construction conference. The conference will be held in San Diego, California during September 23-25, 2020. We are so excited for her!
BIO: Sheila Lanier, CKBR, UDCP Lead Designer at Homework Remodels and Tri-Lite Builders has been designing award-winning remodels since 2006. A graduate of the NKBA Certified Design program at Johnson County Community College, in Overland Park within Johnson County, Kansas, she learned the ropes in Kansas City’s impressive historic neighborhoods. Moving to Phoenix in 2011 she reached out to another NARI Certified award-winning Remodeler to get some perspective on the market. One year later she was asked to join the team. Seven years and multiple accomplishments later, she is in a succession plan to lead the company building a culture with humility and serve those who work alongside her to help homeowners love their home again.
Recently, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Homework Remodels in Phoenix, Arizona, 2020 South Central Regional CotY Winner in the Entire House $250,000 – $500,000 category in its’ annual awards competition. Sheila was Lead Designer on the award-winning project.
The CotY Awards celebrate NARI members who are committed to design, best practices, integrity, high standards, and professionalism. NARI will honor all Regional Winners and announce the National Winners at NARI’s Evening of Excellence on April 24, 2020, at the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort in St. Pete Beach, FL.
