Step 2: Initial Consultation

Our process begins with a short, informative phone call to learn more about your home, goals, and any specific challenges or ideas you may have. This call also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about our experience, process, and past projects.

If the conversation indicates a good fit between your needs and our services, we’ll schedule a no-obligation in-home consultation. During this visit, we:

• Define the initial scope of work based on your needs

• Share budget ranges based on similar, completed projects for your consideration

This consultation helps both you and our team determine if we’re aligned in terms of personality, design approach, and project budget. If we all feel confident in moving forward, we begin the Design and Pre-Construction Phase, all a part of the Design-Build System.

Step 3: Collaborative Design Phase

Your designer also remains actively involved, consulting on key decisions and helping maintain the original design vision throughout construction.
